Based on this classification, adapt the treatment:

• In Type I patients, he applies leukocyte- and platelet-rich fibrin-enriched nanograft (L-PRF) during surgery, which improves skin thickness and promotes tissue regeneration.
• In Type II patients, it uses techniques that help control swelling and improve nasal contour definition.

Positive and Promising Results

In a study conducted between 2022 and 2023, patients treated with this method showed significant improvements:

• An average increase in skin thickness of 0.9 mm in thin-skinned patients after one year.
• No cases of nasal dorsal irregularities requiring surgical revision.
• All patients were satisfied with the results, with no relevant complications during the recovery process.
