notice<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-3'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-3\" href=\"#\" data-href=\"https:\/\/mallorcamedicalgroup.com\/en\/cancellation-policy\/#Failure_to_appear_for_consultation\" >Failure to appear for consultation<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-3'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-4\" href=\"#\" data-href=\"https:\/\/mallorcamedicalgroup.com\/en\/cancellation-policy\/#Punctuality\" >Punctuality<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-3'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-5\" href=\"#\" data-href=\"https:\/\/mallorcamedicalgroup.com\/en\/cancellation-policy\/#Cancellation_or_modification_by_Mallorca_Medical_Group\" >Cancellation or modification by Mallorca Medical Group<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-3'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-6\" href=\"#\" data-href=\"https:\/\/mallorcamedicalgroup.com\/en\/cancellation-policy\/#Exceptional_Circumstances\" >Exceptional Circumstances<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-3'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-7\" href=\"#\" data-href=\"https:\/\/mallorcamedicalgroup.com\/en\/cancellation-policy\/#Acceptance_of_the_Policy\" >Acceptance of the Policy<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Changes_Made_24_Hours_or_More_in_Advance\"><\/span>Changes Made 24 Hours or More in Advance<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The patient may request <strong>a single date change at no additional cost<\/strong>, provided that the request is made at least <strong>24 hours in<\/strong> advance <strong>of the scheduled date and time of the appointment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The new date will be subject to availability in the Mallorca Medical Group schedule.<\/p>\n<p>Notification given 24 hours or more in advance <strong>will not entitle the customer to a refund of the amount paid<\/strong>, but only to a change of date as provided for in this section.<\/p>\n<p>Once this change has been applied, any further modifications will require scheduling a new appointment and making the corresponding payment.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cancellation_or_modification_with_less_than_24_hours_notice\"><\/span>Cancellation or modification with less than 24 hours&#8217; notice<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p> Cancellations or requests for modification made <strong>less than 24 hours in advance<\/strong> of the scheduled date and time for the consultation will result in the <strong>loss of the amount paid<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p>In these cases, if the patient wishes to schedule a new appointment, they must book again and make the corresponding payment.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Failure_to_appear_for_consultation\"><\/span>Failure to appear for consultation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p> If the patient <strong>does not attend the appointment<\/strong> on the scheduled date and time and has not previously requested a change within the established timeframe, the amount paid <strong>will not be refundable nor can it be used as credit for a new appointment<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Punctuality\"><\/span>Punctuality<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p> The patient must arrive at the appointment on time.<\/p>\n<p>A significant delay that prevents the appointment from being conducted properly within the allotted time may be considered a no-show when it is not possible to provide the scheduled care without disrupting the normal flow of the schedule.<\/p>\n<p>Under these circumstances, we cannot guarantee that the consultation will be completed in full, that it will be extended, or that the amount paid will be carried over to a new appointment.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cancellation_or_modification_by_Mallorca_Medical_Group\"><\/span>Cancellation or modification by Mallorca Medical Group<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p> If <strong>Mallorca Medical Group<\/strong> has to cancel or modify a consultation due to circumstances attributable to the clinic or the healthcare professional and cannot offer the patient an acceptable alternative, the patient may choose between:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>rescheduling the appointment at no additional cost<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>full refund of the amount paid<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Exceptional_Circumstances\"><\/span>Exceptional Circumstances<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Mallorca Medical Group may evaluate on a case-by-case basis any exceptional and duly justified circumstances that have prevented the patient from attending the appointment or requesting a reschedule within the established time frame.<\/p>\n<p>The existence of exceptional circumstances does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of the amount paid.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Acceptance_of_the_Policy\"><\/span>Acceptance of the Policy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Before making an online payment, the patient will have access to this <strong>Policy on Appointment Reservations, Changes, and Cancellations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>By making an online payment, the patient declares that they have read and accepted this policy and expressly acknowledge that cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as failure to show up for the appointment, will result in the loss of the amount paid.
