A technique for every anatomy
Linear resection
Resection of the free edge of the labia minora with careful suturing. The standard technique for generalized hypertrophy. A linear scar that becomes imperceptible as it heals.
Wedge Technique
Resection of a central triangle of the lip, preserving the original free edge. Recommended when the patient wishes to preserve the pigmentation and texture of the natural edge. The central scar is less visible.
Labiaplasty Combined with Foreskin Reduction
When, in addition to the labia minora, there is hypertrophy of the clitoral hood, both are treated during the same surgical procedure to achieve proportional harmony.
Labiaplasty + Lipofilling of the Labia Majora
When the labia majora show a loss of volume (due to postmenopause or weight loss), autologous lipofilling is used to restore volume and improve overall aesthetic harmony.
