Facelift in Mallorca
Deep Plane Facelift, full cervicofacial facelift, posterior approach facelift (no anterior scars on the neck), and mini-facelift. Natural and long-lasting facial rejuvenation by Dr. García Ceballos at Quirónsalud Palmaplanas. 25 years of experience; services available in Spanish, English, and French.
Restore facial anatomy, not stretch the skin
A modern facelift does not involve tightening the skin; rather, it involves repositioning the deep facial structures—the SMAS-platysma complex, the facial fat compartments, the mandibular rim, and the cervico-mental angle—while preserving natural facial expression. When done properly, the result is rejuvenation without a “surgery-like” appearance.
Dr. García Ceballos performs facelifts at Quirónsalud Palmaplanas Hospital and Quirónsalud Son Verí Hospital. He has 25 years of experience and has received training at the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MRCS I) and in Belgium (FCCP).
Ideal candidates
Patients are typically between 45 and 70 years old with skin laxity, jowls (mandibular “double chin”), loss of facial contour definition, deep nasolabial folds, and platysmal bands on the neck. Good overall health, being a nonsmoker, and realistic expectations are essential. Younger patients with early signs of aging may benefit from a mini-facelift.

A technique for every face
The choice depends on the type and degree of aging, the patient's anatomical characteristics, and the patient's goals. Dr. García Ceballos performs all current types of facelifts:
Neck and Face Lift
Full face and neck lift. Treats jowls, midface laxity, nasolabial folds, and neck bands. A well-established technique with consistent long-term results.
Deep Plane Facelift
It releases the deep retaining ligaments of the midface and reposition the entire SMAS-platysma complex as a single unit. It produces the most natural midface rejuvenation and the greatest long-term durability.
Posterior access neck lift
Deep neck lift performed via a posterior approach, avoiding visible anterior scars on the neck. Particularly recommended for patients with pronounced platysmal bands who require scars that are virtually invisible.
Mini Facelift
Minimally invasive facelift for early signs of facial aging. Faster recovery and subtle improvement in the lower third of the face. Suitable for patients aged 40–50.
Eyebrow lift
It lifts the forehead and eyebrows, opening up the eyes. It can be combined with upper blepharoplasty when indicated.
Upper lip lift
Reduces the distance between the nose and the lip, restoring youthful proportions. A subtle yet highly effective procedure for upper lips that have become elongated due to age or natural build.
A facelift is often combined with blepharoplasty, a brow lift, a lip lift, or facial lipofilling in a single surgical procedure. This optimizes recovery and produces a harmonious, comprehensive result.
